In a wider context, the impact of material properties on behaviour in the process can be used for consideration of the use of alternative and low quality raw materials in general.

- Recycling in different industries and processes, including challenges and possibilities.
- Specific processes designed for recycling.
- The environmental perspective.
- Support in case studies related to the industry to which the engineer/researcher is linked in daily work.
